So here are a few *firsts* at 4i
1. Our first server is named goa (virtual fun!)
2. Our first code base was setup as a quick result of me losing 3 days work *dodges*, anyway I got to checkin first 😉
3. Our first official team meeting was held in the board room, with a total of 4 people in it.

it will be interesting if you share more building blocks of your organization. Which could help other people looking to do a startup not repeat the mistake example metrics on selecting the first employee. Should a person look out for some one experienced or give freshers a shot. How about starting an intern program or extending a virtual team at local college. Do share more experience in detailed fashion.
P.S Hope blogging doesnt take time away from actual project development 🙂
